the location was close to the pier, a short walk to the metro, and not far from downtown. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable chairs, and the breakfast had a variety of Asian and Western dishes. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The air conditioning system was quite loud and sometimes disruptive during the night.

Celebrating New Year in this hotel was amazing. The location was perfect for watching the fireworks from across the bay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of both Western and Asian dishes, including freshly-made omelets. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering shuttle service to and from the nearby subway station.
The room was lacking in cleanliness. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were strange odors throughout the room.
